You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of AltaMortgage.com for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without prior written permission from Alta Mortgage Corporation.

User Representations: AltaMortgage.com is established for the sole use of adults, and may not be used by children. You agree that any submission of a mortgage application to Alta Mortgage Corporation through AltaMortgage.com has the same legal effect as if you personally signed and submitted a written application. You may only use AltaMortgage.com to submit legitimate mortgage applications and shall not use AltaMortgage.com to make any speculative, false or fraudulent mortgage applications. It is a violation of law to submit a mortgage application in a false name or with false or misleading information. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Information regarding fraudulent users will be forwarded to law enforcement authorities for possible prosecution.

Communication: All information submitted in connection with a mortgage application is subject to Alta Mortgage Corporation's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Any mortgage application or information that you provide in connection with a mortgage application shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Alta Mortgage Corporation lender that receives your Mortgage Application. Excluding information provided in connection with a mortgage application, any communication or material you transmit to AltaMortgage.com by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like (collectively "Communication") is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and nonproprietary. Any Communication you transmit to AltaMortgage.com shall be and remain the exclusive property of Alta Mortgage Corporation and may be used by Alta Mortgage Corporation in any medium and for any purpose including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Termination of Usage: Requirement of Written Mortgage Application Alta Mortgage Corporation may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of AltaMortgage.com at any time, without prior notice and for any reason. Alta Mortgage Corporation may also require you to resubmit any Mortgage Application in a signed, written form.
